The Class of 2019 Grad Night Committee (comprised of PTSA members) is planning an end-of-the-year trip for the CKM 2019 graduates to Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA on June 12, 2019.
Please read, complete and submit the documents on this page to attend the 2019 Senior Grad Night trip to Disneyland.
The cost of the trip is $295 per student. We have room for 200 graduates on this trip; therefore, students will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration and payments can be dropped off in the office in the grad night box.
Payments may be made in one single payment or in three installments. The first installment payment is due by Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Please see payment installment information below:
- 1st payment due by Wednesday, December 19, 2018
- 2nd payment due by Wednesday, February 6, 2019
- 3rd and final payment due by Wednesday, March 6, 2019
